Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" — the lec123 website accessible at https://lec123.cam, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" — a unique registered profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or free bet amounts awarded to Players subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and address verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Game Providers" — third-party software studios whose products are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or lec123 policy.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are an individual person, not a corporation or automated entity, and you are acting on your own behalf.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia and are at least 21 years of age. lec123 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the age requirement is not met.
3. You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which use of online gaming services is unlawful or restricted.
4. You are not an employee, director, agent, or close family member of lec123 or any of its Game Providers.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from lec123 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are participating in games and placing wagers for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
7. You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or using funds that you cannot afford to lose.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card), date of birth, email address, phone number, and bank account details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. lec123 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). lec123 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage. Standard KYC requirements include:

• A clear copy or photograph of your KTP (Indonesian National ID);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address (issued within the preceding three months);
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face;
• Bank account ownership confirmation matching the name on your KTP.

Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the period specified by lec123 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. lec123 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, at its sole discretion, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Currency. All transactions on lec123 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency is accepted. Funds deposited in other currencies will not be processed.

4.2 Deposit Methods. lec123 currently accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction are subject to per-method limits which are displayed at the time of deposit. lec123 reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.

4.4 Deposit Processing Time. Bank transfers submitted during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Transfers submitted outside these hours may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly in most cases.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified;
• The withdrawal amount must be at least Rp 100,000;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account registered in your name, matching your KYC documentation.

4.6 Withdrawal Processing Time. lec123 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under two (2) hours for verified Accounts during business hours. Same-day processing is standard; however, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours in exceptional circumstances. lec123 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. lec123 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All deposits must come from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal pending further investigation where suspicious activity is detected. We may file reports with relevant authorities where legally required.

4.8 Inactive Accounts. An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. We reserve the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25,000 to inactive Account balances after this period, until the balance reaches zero or the Account becomes active again. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by lec123 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and validity periods. lec123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (as indicated in the individual promotion terms) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for most bonuses range between 1× and 40×. Only bets placed with real-money funds or, where explicitly stated, Bonus Funds contribute to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. lec123 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit; engaging in low-risk, systematic betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited and may face Account suspension.

5.4 Welcome Bonus. New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to Rp 1,000,000, matched on the first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible Player once only. Full promotion terms, including minimum deposit, wagering requirement, game eligibility, and validity period, are published on the relevant promotion page.

5.5 Promotional Communications. By registering, you consent to receive promotional communications from lec123 via email, SMS, or in-platform notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support, without affecting your right to use the Platform.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on lec123 are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently certified by recognized testing agencies including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. lec123 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Accepted Game Types. lec123 offers a range of gaming products including sports betting, live dealer casino games, slot machines, poker, lottery-style games (including togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and traditional cultural games (including sabung ayam — live cockfighting streams from internationally licensed arenas). All game categories are subject to these Terms and any additional product-specific rules published on the Platform.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets are settled according to the official rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of lec123's trading team is final. Mix parlay (combination/accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a win; a void or cancelled selection reduces the number of legs in the accumulator according to standard industry practice.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the Game Provider's server logs, which are considered the authoritative record. lec123 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.5 Void Bets. lec123 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or under circumstances where a software or human error has occurred. Affected Players will be notified promptly and their stake refunded to their Account balance.

6.6 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Match-fixing or involvement in any form of sports corruption;
• Any form of fraudulent activity including chargebacks or unauthorized payment usage.

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. lec123 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time through your Account settings or by contacting customer support.

7.2 Available Tools. Players may set the following limits at any time:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited;
• Loss Limits — maximum net loss thresholds per defined time period;
• Session Time Limits — maximum continuous play duration before automatic logout;
• Reality Check Reminders — periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net outcome;
• Self-Exclusion — temporary (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform.

7.3 Age Restriction. lec123 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who are under 21 years of age must not register or attempt to use the Platform. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the lec123 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of lec123 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. lec123 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform;
• Frame or embed any portion of the Platform on another website.

8.3 Trademarks. The lec123 name, logo, and all related product and service names and slogans are trademarks of lec123. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

9.1 Platform Availability. lec123 strives to maintain 99.9% Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lec123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.

9.3 Maximum Liability. lec123's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Content. lec123 provides games and content supplied by third-party Game Providers. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content and shall not be liable for any errors, interruptions, or deficiencies in such content.

9.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lec123 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10.1 Right to Amend. lec123 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform and, where material, communicated to Players via email or in-platform notification.

10.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

10.3 Version History. The date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

11.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lec123's operating jurisdiction. lec123 is licensed and regulated internationally and operates in compliance with its applicable licensing framework.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and lec123, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Most issues can be resolved promptly and informally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through customer support escalation, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by lec123's licensing authority.

11.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
